Tell us what you think of this tricked out 2 wheel Porsche

That’s right, Porsche the sports car maker is now an ebike maker, well sort of. Meet the Porsche eBike X+.

What do we mean by ‘sort of’? Well despite the Porsche branding and the photos of the Porsche eBike X+ at dealerships in Germany, the bike is actually a Rotwild model.

It’s not unheard of for an automotive company to team up with a bicycle brand to launch a product together, but this is the first time that Porsche and Rotwild have worked together.

Porsche eBike X+
Each bike is numbered.

The Porsche eBike X+ is a limited edition ebike with just 250 models being released worldwide. The frame is based on the Rotwild RX+ but built up with some of the best parts on the market including a 1 x 12 XTR drivetrain, Crankbrothers cockpit, Continental tires, DT Swiss suspension and matching DT Swiss wheels.

The alloy frame of the Porsche eBike X+ boasts 140mm of travel at both ends and uses a Brose Drive S mid-mounted motor to push this little electric Porsche along. For riders with severe range anxiety, they’ll be happy to learn that the Porsche eBike X+ gets a massive IPU.R.660 CARBON 648Wh battery.
